- HEAVENLY RESIDENCE is the operator and lessor of the following properties:
Villa OMG (4bedroom) - Villa 1.
Villa O-Wow! (3+1bedroom) – Villa 9.
Villa O-lala (3bedroom) – Villa 5.
which are located at “The Asmara”, Nusa Dua – Bali, Indonesia.
Room occupancy is restricted to a maximum of two adults per bedroom plus one child below the age of 10 in each bedroom. No additional bed or baby cot is available.
- Reservations at HEAVENLY RESIDENCE properties are made under the following terms:
A. Availability of HEAVENLY RESIDENCE properties shall be on a first-come, first served basis. No reservation shall be considered confirmed unless the required deposit of the rental sum is received within five working days of the clients placing a reservation and the client has received a written confirmation from HEAVENLY RESIDENCE that the deposit has indeed been received and the reservation therefore formally confirmed.
B.
The balance of payment for the villa rental reservation must be paid within 45 days prior to the commencement of the rental reservation date. Failure to make the balance of payment within the stipulated time will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation and all amounts paid will be forfeited.
C.
During peak season, the full payment of the rental sum shall be made within five working days of placing the reservation. No refund of the rental sum shall be given for cancellations or change of date for arrival for booking made for the peak season.
D.
Payments may be made by bank transfer to account detailed on the invoice issued by Heavenly Residence.
E.
Credit card payments by shall be honored subject to approval and authorization of the issuing bank.
- Terms of cancellation of reservation, refunds policy, change of date policy and surcharge:
A. No refunds are given for cancellations or change of dates of reservation during the peak season periods July 1st to August 31st and December 20th – January 10th.
B.
HEAVENLY RESIDENCE requires 60 days advance notice of cancellation of a reservation in order to grant a full refund of any rental sum payment received.
C.
When HEAVENLY RESIDENCE receives between 45 and 60 days advance notice of cancellation of a reservation, 50% of any rental deposit sum received shall be refunded.
D.
When HEAVENLY RESIDENCE receives between 0 and 44 days advance notice of cancellation of a reservation, no refund shall be granted.
E.
All cancellation notices and requests for refunds shall be made in writing via fax or email. No telephone cancellations will be entertained.
F.
Any change of date of reservation must be made 30 days or more from the commencement date of that reservation and is subject to the alternative dates being available. Should HEAVENLY RESIDENCE receive less than 30 days notice of a change of date of any reservation, HEAVENLY RESIDENCE shall honor the change subject to Villa availability and forfeiture of the 100% rental sum deposit.
- Check-in and check-out times are as follows:
Check-in time shall be after 14.00 hrs and check-out time shall be by 11.00 hrs.
Requests for late check-out shall be entertained subject to the availability of the property and only up to 15.00 hrs. Should any guest require a check-out between 15.00 hrs and 18.00 hrs pm, a half day rental shall be charged. Should any guest require a check out after 18.00 hrs a full day of rental shall be charged.
- Peak Season Surcharges
Peak seasons are defined as July 1st to August 31st and December 20th to January 10th.
Surcharges for reservations during those peak season periods are :
Villa OMG: US$ 200 ++ per night
Villa O-Wow: US$ 175 ++ per night
Villa O-Lala: = US$ 150 ++ per night
All rates are subject to 21% government tax and service.
