Is the Rate quoted inclusive with breakfast?
Yes, the Rate quoted is inclusive of American Breakfast or Indonesian Breakfast served in the comfort of your Villa. Breakfast is included for a maximum of 2 adults + 1 child under 11 for each bedroom within the Villa.

Is the Rate inclusive with Limousine Airport Transfers?
Yes, the Rate is inclusive of return airport transfers from Ngurah Rai International Airport to Heavenly Residence.

Do you provide concession rate if the reservation is made for more than 1 villas?
Yes, attractive rates will be accorded if the reservation is made for more than 1 villas in advance notice.

VILLAS

What is the maximum capacity in each of the Bedroom within the Villa?
Each Bedroom can only accommodate maximum 2 adults + 1 child under 11 sharing existing bed with parents. Please note we do not provide extra bed or roll-away bed.

Can Heavenly Residence accommodate more than the number exceeds the maximum occupants allowed?
No, your personal safety is paramount to Heavenly Residence and we strictly adhered to the rules regulated by Indonesia Fire Safety Department. Each bedroom can accommodate for 2 adults + 1 child under 11 sharing existing bed with parents.

Is Heavenly Residence a ‘Beach Front’ Villa?
No, Heavenly Residence is perched on a cliff commanding panoramic ocean view from each of the villas. This is one of our unique offerings. Conversely, Heavenly Residence has its own beach with private beach access accessible only during low tide. The beach is narrow and the sand is a little coarse.

The nearest public beach is Geger Beach which is only 10 minutes away by car, and your personal butler is more than happy to arrange the complimentary transfer. Geger Beach has warung (kiosk) and some other basic facilities.

In which direction are the Villas facing to?
All the 3 Villas at Heavenly Residence are positioned southward facing the unobstructed Indian Ocean.

What is the bedding configuration at Heavenly Residence?
All the Villas are equipped with King Size Bed (180 x 200cm) or 2 Single Bed (120x200cm).

Are there attached bathroom/showers in the Bedroom?
Yes, all Bedrooms are fitted with attached bathroom/showers. In addition, there will be powder room within the Villa itself.

Do you provide laundry service?
Yes, laundry service can be arranged with minimal cost. Express service can also be arranged with a slight premium.

Do you provide Internet connection at Heavenly Residence?
Yes, WIFI internet is available within the premise and it is complimentary for your surfing pleasure.

Where are the nearest Shopping Complex and F&B outlets?
Bali Collection Nusa Dua is an all-in-one Shopping Complex with SOGO being the anchor tenant, and another 50 exquisite stores to satisfy your shopping spree and 30 F&B outlets to tantalize your taste buds. It is only 15 minutes away by car from Heavenly Residence.

WINE AND DINE

What are the choices for Breakfast?
There are 2 choices for breakfast: American Breakfast or Indonesian Breakfast. A la carte breakfast menu is also available at additional cost.

Do you provide drinking water in the Villa?
Yes, purified drinking water is provided together with Coffee/Tea making facilities. Tab water is not advisable for direct consumption.

How many F&B outlets do you have at Heavenly Residence?
Heavenly Residence is an upscale and luxurious Villa providing unparalleled service second to none. We provide In-Villa dining experience in the comfort of your own villa as opposed to dining at the restaurant. 3 hours advance order is required for ‘Comprehensive Menu’ and 30 minutes advance order is required for ‘Quick Menu’. The last order for ‘Quick Menu’ is at 10pm.

TRANSPORTATION

What is the travelling time form Ngurah Rai International Airport to Heavenly Residence?
It takes approximately 30 minutes from the airport by car, subject to traffic condition.

Is there any chauffeur driven service provided by Heavenly Residence?
Heavenly Residence endeavors to pamper our guests, we provide MPV (Multi Purpose vehicle) with qualified driver including petrol for Rp. 100.000 +21% (Gov Tax and Service Charge) per hour. It can take up to 6 adults including driver.

Is there any public transport available to Nusa Dua, Kuta or Seminyak area?
Yes, public metered taxi can be arranged. The approximate cost are:
To Nusa Dua – Rp 30.000
To Kuta – Rp 100.000
To Seminyak – Rp 120.000

How many Car Park lots are available at Heavenly Residence?
Each Villa comes with 2 Car Park lots and there are about 10 undesignated Car Park lots within the estate.

How far is the undesignated Car Park lot from the Villas?
In less than 5 minutes walk you will be arriving at your magnificent Villa.

Is there Valet Service from the undesignated Car Park lots to the Villas during private function such as Weddings, Solemnization and Celebrations?
Yes, Valet Service will be provided and it is included in the service charge.
